While many patrons rave about the flavorful dishes and generous portions, some recent experiences reveal inconsistency in service and food quality. Dishes like the herb-crusted cod and truffle fries have garnered praise, yet others report undercooked steaks and overly sweet desserts. Communication issues regarding menu selections, particularly during special occasions, have also raised concerns. Despite these hiccups, the establishment's vibrant atmosphere and potential for culinary delight continue to draw diners eager to explore its offerings.
The food was excellent, like the wine. The staff was nice. Will definitely come back, that was the first time for us.
I have eaten several times very well here, good service, nice quiet restaurant, noticed price increase some things somewhat steeper, in this economic climate, I understand that a life must be made, but local people can pay some of these prices alberts now as an affordable lunch menu. I was disappointed today. 3 tables that ordered their food after us received their food before us. They had ordered us similar dishes, so there was no problem cooking with our food anymore. It was only confirmed when we addressed the issue and there was no reason why our food was so late. I've eaten here many times and enjoyed our food. I hope that was just a problem.
This is a great restaurant, staff very attentive and friendly, food excellent.
We’ve visited 3 or 4 times now and every time the food and service have been consistently excellent. The only slight issue for us was that it felt a bit noisy (due to our proximity to the bar/ kitchen area) but overall this did not detract from a very pleasant meal and evening. We ordered a bit too much but we asked for takeaway boxes and the food was just as delicious the next day!
