Caffe Nero - Wigan

Very welcoming staff . Great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely fresh food,very tasty . I loved my cinnamon latte today . Much better like starbucks and Costa. I really recommend this place

Called in by off chance for a coffee,always seems busy,difficult to get a seat out front unless your a smoker,coffee good,staff pretty friendly.

We called at Caffè Nero after my partner had finished competing in the Running festival. All other coffee outlets were packed; he really needed a sit down after the run! There is plenty of seating if not a little too much, squashed together. Service was not overly friendly. As I have trouble with my hearing sometimes i struggled to hear the server when she spoke over the coffee machine, which resulted in her shouting to me over her shoulder. I thought that this was rather rude. The counter is not well designed and is far too high, it is not good practice to be lifting hot drinks from shoulder height (yes, I’m not that tall! . Drinks were nice though and far more of a relaxed atmosphere than other outlets that day.

I was in caffe Nero today with my husband. We both had a cappuccino and egg mayonnaise sandwich.. We were happy to have a hot cappuccino and not weak like some places do, Staff were very polite and friendly . Sandwich was very nice too. Thank you cafe Nero,
