By chance we found Cafe Stein on our first evening in Vienna. What wonderful luck. Six days later and we were still coming here, everyday for breakfast, but also some dinners and even had our final farewell dinner here with eleven guests. Good food, fantastic staff, realistic prices, and a really nice friendly feeling. I would recommend Cafe Stein to everyone. View all feedback.
What TomasDanielUK doesn't like about Stein's Diner:
After we waited a quite long time to be recognised by a waiter as customers, we were sent to the inside since the garden was closed (at 18:10). The waiter accepted the order unwillingly and with command character. Then nothing. Excellent situated very close to the Parliament, Cityhall, Volkspark and other atractions). Pretty good food, really good caffe. Not very expensive, not cheap let s say moderate. Waiters are nice and kind, but the service are a little bit slower or, maybe, I dont have enough patience).
I first had lunch here, Apple juice with a good baked egg sandwich, in the sun. Quick, professional staff, tasty food, fair prices. Later I came back for a nice beer which was very good as well.
Great place to stop in for a bite to eat. service was very good and the food even better. outdoor dining was wonderful and the inside was also good when it got cold out the goulash was really good
Cosy, friendly, nice and tasty bar. Big terrace in the shade with friendly service and a lot of choice in drinks and foods.
We've tried several restaurants and this one was the only one we've found with some tasty, delicious food. I recommend!
