they had a sign on our table and rose petals on the table. I just mentioned that it was our jubilee on the open table reservation and they did it special! great service. the filet was great! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Sweet Spot:
the server could never make our order right. After the food was ordered, we had to get up after 35 minutes and get a status on our food. they came out to tell us that the pigeon (was good) caused the delay. what we ordered them “done”. no guide came to visit us, we paid for their drinks and went. sad, you have a nice place. poor service and management. Everything was great, however the server told us the price of the special wrong, it was $7 more and then he failed to tell us that there was a $5 charge to split a meal. We didn’t ask for it to be split, we just said we are splitting our meal, my husband and I. He was a fantastic server, but he just failed on those two items! We love the sweet spot and will be back though!
On our way to an event at Prairie Pines, two friends and I wanted to have a nice dinner before the concert. We all live on the east side of Wichita, so we asked our friend, Rose for recommendations. We cannot thank her enough for telling us about The Sweet Spot. It is a lovely restaurant, the service was outstanding and the food very delicious! We often go to events at Prairie Pines and I think we have found our west side dining location. Thanks Rose!!
Don’t let the location fool you nor judge the “book by its cover”, this is a class act eatery! Excellent wait staff, calming ambiance and delicious food. Generous wine/cocktail menu and a nice variety for the main course. Priced as you would expect for fine dining. We’ll be back!
This was our first visit to The Sweet Spot. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary! Everything was perfect! The food choices were great from our 8 year old grandson to Papa who is almost 67! We appreciated the table being ready for us away from general crowd. We will be going back!!
This place was wonderful! A great place for a romantic date!
