Their drinks rival the best in Wichita—I enjoyed a Keep it Old Fashioned, while my wife savored a Gin Blossom. Absolutely perfect! For dinner, I chose the Churresco Steak cooked medium rare, paired with caramelized carrots and smashed baked potatoes. What a delight! My wife opted for the Maple Glazed Salmon with couscous and glazed carrots, though she only let me have one tiny bite. Harrison Ford, you need to experience this! The Forge Ict menu truly impresses.
