Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wichita

Had no nice and the steak was very small and had not much in the steak dish. not a very good experience from a restaurant that is usually quite good to visit

The food was so good we ate there two evenings in a row. The portions are mind-boggling and immensely enjoyed because you can have two meals in one. You could feed a family of three with one burrito. A staff member greeted us at the counter as he was paying for his meal and engaged in conversation with us in regards to his recommendations. I had the steak salad and the other meal ordered was the steak burrito. The next evening we ordered the Pollo asada salad and a steak burrito. So delicious there was no complaints of the price due to how huge the portion was. They get so busy and the line does go fairly fast. Why is there a line because everybody wants some Chipotle so it must be they're doing something right.

Something has gone downhill with Chipotle last couple years and I can't put my finger on it. Customer service is OK, food is OK. I still go for the protein bowls when a craving hits.

So me and my friend went in and don’t get me wrong the food was great and the girl who made it was great but the cashier looked and acted like being there was not what she signed up for she was rude with her replies and acted like lifting a finger was too much she’s acted like she didn’t fill out the application to work there she didn’t ask if my friend wanted a drink she let her pay when she asked if the drink was included she said no then said the price so my friend had to make two transactions also after she paid she said anything else in a snarky way acting like we asked for too much …

Every Chipotle location these days SUCKS! I’m no longer a customer of Chipotle for this very reason. There’s other places to get tacos and rice bowls, minus the sloppy presentation and rude attitude. I’ve moved my business over to On The Border Restaurants to go counter! They’re ALWAYS NICE!
