Pho Chopstix - Wichita East

Pho Chopstix has the best bone broth hands down. We always think that we are going to tey something else on the menu, but the Pho is just so perfect, always opt for that. I often have them add veggies to mine, which is fantastic. I am normally vegan but I do make an exception here, although you can eat vegan there. The other love we have is for the fresh spring rolls. The Pho is delicious and served nice and warm! Since coming back from Korea I was missing asian style food and this really satisfied that craving. It was a little busy during my visit, but the service was excellent, courteous and very professional. I will be going back to try more of the menu items.

Great food, very consistent and the service is friendly, like being with family.

The first time I had pho was from here, back in 2012. From that day I had a new favorite food. Hundreds of bowls later the newness has worn off, but I always stop in ever 6 months to appreciate their broth.
