The female owner was extremely dismissed when I asked a few simple questions as a result of food allergy (how can someone who owns a sweetness business be rude, respectful and everywhere feasible? . I also ordered a latte and the milk was gone...bad it was cured. I was trying to drive back after I had swallowed my first, but I didn't want to talk to the owner again.

This is the best place I found for ice cream and special chocolate. the dark chocolate is amazing! it is our regular stop when we go to the house and to the house. the coffee is 10x better than tims and no crazy line ups. dead and heather. are amazing people who are great promoters of wiarton. we even came too late after dead had just ended. he opened for us and our grandchildren had the load for themselves and dead humor kept us all laughing. Thank you for being. P.S. if they call before, Heather will make them some OutSTANding butter tarts. chocolate chips in them.
I have been in this store and enjoy the chocolate. Too bad the server is so unfriendly and not for the first time. I felt unwilling and will not be back, even if I live close.
I recently visited Northern Confections twice in the past week and I am so impressed with this charming little cafe. I discovered it through a quick Google search for "coffee in Wiarton". Despite the road being blocked off in front of the shop, it's worth parking your car and taking a short walk to get there. Their butter tarts are absolutely delicious; you won't be able to resist having just one. For a sweet coffee option, I highly recommend trying the maple latte, although their regular drip coffee is also great. The rooftop patio is the perfect spot to enjoy some ice cream or simply relax. If you are a cyclist living in Simcoe, Grey, or Bruce counties, I suggest taking Grey Rd 1 from Owen Sound to reach this delightful cafe. Even if you don't live in those counties, it's worth cycling your way up to Northern Confections.
