Sam's Southern Eatery - White Hall

My wife and I, together with a friend of ours, went to our Southern Eatery of Sam last Sunday. We've been several times. My wife ordered the Chicken Gizzard's dinner, with a side of fried okra, and our friend and I, everyone, ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich that comes with French french french. Our food was as we ordered, and all three of us were very satisfied with the service and food.

Your 2 pieces fillet special is absolutely the best fish I've ever eaten and I usually don't like fish! You get your money! Since then we have been back several times!

This location is FAR AND AWAY SO MUCH BETTER than the one where we live. The employees were friendly and right on top of everything from the minute we arrived. The food was hot and perfectly cooked.

Wow ... I have a new favorite place to eat when I travel through. The catfish was fried to perfection. No greasy fish at all. Very crisp. The shrimp are huge. The slaw is a little sweet for me, but it was still good and creamy. Other folks in the group had the Philly Steak Po Boy, crab cakes, and a variety of sides. There were no complaints. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The food to dollar ratio is great. You will *NOT* go away hungry.

Nice find google. Worth the detour. I got #32. 3 catfish fillets. Four giant shrimp. I chose grilled. Do yourself a favor. For your two sides get two red beans and rice. Yummy.
