What Ellena Le doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
The caribou app messed up and sent my order here instead of the right place. I tried to call to cancel it but no one picked up. I called three more times and still no one picked up and the phone kept ringing. Not sure how to get help if no one picks up. Luckily the caribou at 1080 highway was very sweet and helped me out. Great place to get your coffee and bagels. The bagels are really pretty good! Deals are also good. This is also a Caribou coffee. There's no drive-thru. The interior is always clean and we are organized. Staff are always nice and patient. Parking is a bit difficult as there are other companies in the parking lot. Cup and Cone are also right next to this place. Overall an excellent place to get your coffee. You can also order and pick up.

Really clean location with nice staff. I came today for a dozen and the staff went beyond and beyond by packing all cinnamon sugar bagels individually. I just threw all the bagels together! Come back soon.
Nice place. The manager must get a schedule for the big school basketball tourers. All parents and children went here. Overwhelmed staff... did the best they could.
