What Mattie Butler doesn't like about Panda Oriental Buffet:
Food is dry and bland, constantly playing the same few songs over and over and too loud. Cannot hear the server due to the music being so loud. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Burnt my hand on the cutlery which was not labeled as hot. Half of the options are just called chefs special without elaborating. Rice was undercooked too.
