This is a small eatery located at the North end of Whistler Village. The food is very fresh and the menu varies from sandwiches, wraps, samosas, hamburgers and soup. I shared the beat salad with my daughter and it was delicious. Great place to stop if you are looking for something healthy to eat for lunch. View all feedback.
What Zygmuntas Aurora doesn't like about Ingrid's Village Cafe:
Not really a cafe. Very dubious way of scrambling eggs. I had granola and yoghurt with strawberries which were still frozen. Granola was bland. My partner had a very average wrap. Definitely wouldn't go back. View all feedback.
We stopped for breakfast shortly after 11 am, but breakfast was not available after 11:00. There was a movie, which started like that....My story has a happy ending, we ordered excellent spanokopita and greek salad. Greek salad came without any feta cheese or any cheese period. There is a first time for everything. Service was friendly along the counter. This small place is reasonably priced and food looks very presentable. They have fresh food with many healthy choices. Would come back, if it was not 4500 km away. In Toronto I would give it only 3 dots, but is not bad for affordable Whistler place.
Honest, healthy, tasty breakfast and lunch: we ate as family 3 times in 24 hours. Because we enjoyed the food of this sympathetic restaurant. Don't hesitate: visit Ingrid's and take one of the wraps! Or sandwich, Or bratwurst, Or anything. All great food.
I had a breakfast wrap containing scramled eggs and salsa. Salsa was sour and not "home-made" - straight from the jar. The scramled eggs didn't taste like eggs and completely tasteless. The mix off everything just didn't make a nice combo, almost making me sick to my stomach. The person taking the order was not service-minded at all. Try a smile once in a while! Would go elsewhere to get breakfast in whistler.
