I ordered the vegetable chili with gluten-free bread at the restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease, and I didn't experience any negative reactions.

Salad bar is all GF. So figured it was the only safe place. Seemed to do okay having a salad each day skiing.

They tell me nothing is really gluten free. The burgers aren’t, the chicken is cooked next to the burgers on a shared grill. They had a gf bun. Curries are not labelled gf (but they have a symbol for it on the menu board) and line was long so I didn’t even ask. The gf grab and go section consists of cookies and two types of chips. No salads or packaged sandwiches to be found.
