Starbucks - Wheaton

Our visit was great. It was a Saturday afternoon so there was no line. The store was nice and clean. The baristas were friendly and got our order correct. Coffee was fresh and hot. The young lady on the register made sure I got the best deal using my reward. Overall great experience.

The team at Starbucks here in Wheaton is always sure my entire staff?s order is ready by 8:30 for our designated pick up!

Fine coffee, but don 't go here if you are trying to do work in public unless you want to lose your hearing from the ambiance music. The music was SO loud that I could barely hear myself think and couldn 't hear a video I was trying to watch on my computer through my headphones. When I asked the baristas to turn it down several notches, they acknowledged my request but didn 't do anything... ridiculous.

All the staff provide great customer service. I always have great experiences at this store. Their services keep exceeding my expectations making me adjust my expectation up, and they keep meeting or exceeding! Especially, many thanks to Richard who has done an amazing service that has exceeded my already high expectations.
