The service was very good and the food, excellent.

Service was quick an... read more The restaurant is located on a walk only street in the main area of the town. Large restaurant, which wasn't very busy when we where there. Service was quick and helpful. Menu was nice but not extensive, we ordered the Prawns Scalaps Black Bean and Sizzling Schwan Chicken with White Rice and Fried Rice, both dishes were very good. The food was very tasty even though some dishes were expensive. We would go back again.

The food was delicious, tasty and plentiful and the wine flowed. We couldn't have had a better evening. Thanks Emerald Gardens.

While I can't complain about the quality of the food, I believe that the higher prices may not be sustainable for regular customers. This restaurant used to be a place where people could visit regularly, but now it feels more like a special occasion spot. I am concerned that they may not be able to maintain enough customers to stay busy and remain open in the long run.

From the moment we sat down to the moment we asked for the bill, her lack of manners and snarky comments made the experience unpleasant. Although the other staff members were lovely and the food was good, our interaction with the waitress overshadowed everything else. We won't be returning and don't recommend this restaurant to others. It's a shame that one person's behavior can ruin an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

The kids menu was excell... read more We had a fantastic meal tonight at the restaurant, from the delicious food to the lovely decor and attentive staff and management team. The kids menu was excellent, and it was great to see vegetables on the kids' plates. Our steaks were also fabulous. We will definitely be returning soon.
