Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that mus... read more The service and staff were pleasant and helpful, with the standout being the young man at the front desk. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that mussels were not available on the menu, as that was the main reason for my visit. Additionally, there was a delay in receiving our meals, with my partner's salad arriving before my burger, which turned out to be cold and dry. Despite this, I opted not to make a scene and only ate half of my meal before leaving the rest. Overall, I was let down by the experience. I may consider returning in the future if mussels are added to the menu.

The servers were slow and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, had to wave them down to get any food or drinks. The glass of wine sizes served, were not consistent. The pizzas come out cold. Had to ask them to clear the tables. Not once were we ask if we needed anything or wanted to order dessert or coffee. When we did get there attention to order from the dessert menu, we ordered two different cakes the tiramisu and cheesecake a few minutes later we were told they run out of the cheesecake. So we asked for a sticky date cake, only to be told they had run out of that too. We were told they had no other desserts, only tiramisu. We were all shock, that out of two pages full of desserts they had run out of all the cakes. So we said ok, will have the tiramisu. 10 minutes later the young girl comes out and says her boss thinks the tiramisu smells funny and doesn’t want to risk it.??? So we asked for the bill. On the bill they tried to charge us for the tiramisu we never had. Funny enough when we asked to speak to the manager there wasn’t one to be found. Never again, Disgusting service

' Maybe hes just nit picking tho, I quite enjoyed myself!! Ordered the platter for 2, The scnitzle was really good however the pork belly was wayy too salty and the pork knuckle a tad (very) dry ,, sausages were good tho !!! So was the beer. I believe at night is when it becomes lively. Great decoration and atmosphere. The food tasted great. Service was top notch. Overall had a good dining experience. Definitely will try again.

The apple strudel was the perfect dessert to finish the night off. The staff are super friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything. The service was fast, food came out quickly, ordering from the QR code was very convenient. Glad they opened a Bavarian in this area.
