Chick-fil-a - Westworth Village

Food is almost always cold because you have wait long periods of time. The store is short staffed Beyond belief. And the owners work here so we can see they keep it understaffed to maximize profits and cut labor costs. The owners here should be ashamed…

The new drive-thru is not functioning properly. I waited for 25 minutes in line and all of the employees were struggling to take orders. I left feeling very disappointed.

I don't know what happened, but how is this even considered a salad? It's not even half full. It looks like they ran out of the actual salad mixture and just threw in a few pieces of torn sandwich salad with a few tomatoes. I think the Chick-Fil-A headquarters needs to step in to remind this location of their standards.

I waited 30 minutes for my meal, only to receive the wrong dish. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.
