Was User at Taco Bell a mag?
The girl on the intercom took our order but then quickly told us that the item was out of stock. We tried selecting something else, but that wasn’t available either. It really made us question why they were even open, considering they had no food to serve. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Taco Bell:
The food was excellent, but my checkout experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered two packs of crisps, but received the wrong items in return. Furthermore, when I asked for my drink without ice, the staff member didn’t respond well. Overall, the service was very disappointing; if I could give zero stars, I would. View all feedback.
I'm really fed up with this location. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house. During my last visit, I ordered a Power Bowl and requested extra cheese. I was almost home when I realized there was hardly any cheese at all. I went back, and they took my bowl and added a lot of cheese on top. I don't want to be difficult, but I don’t like cheese mixed in with my sour cream. I’ve attached before and after pictures for reference.
I ordered a large drink along with two different tacos. When I arrived at the window to pick up my food, I was handed a medium cup from KFC instead of the large cup I paid for. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. When I pointed this out to the employee who handed me my food, he informed me that they no longer offer large drinks. I had paid for a large but ended up with a medium and the wrong items. Due to COVID-19, I couldn't go inside to sort this out, and the line was too long to wait through again. I will not return to this location; I feel like I was cheated out of my money and received the wrong food.
This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to! I truly can't comprehend how the employees manage to hold any other jobs.
The food was amazing and served piping hot. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about—just enjoy the experience!
