It's Taco Bell. Placed an order on the app and picked up in store. Order was correct.
This location is honestly terrible every time I come here it’s we don’t have this and we don’t have that and then I’m at the window waiting five minutes just to get told they don’t have the item that I want fire everybody
?????????? I just visited this place on 02 06 24. Is this the same place in WESTWEGO...that has the KFC and ? TACO BELL combined??? I have seen the reviews??? I must have been in another dimension when I ate here with a coworker on Tuesday, AGH. The young lady that took our order around 10:30 10:45 a.m. for 3 crunchy taco's as a to go, but we decided to eat in....was amazing. Courteous, patient, smiling...we were on phones having conversations and even bickering between ourselves...me and one of my besties. The taco's were hot, tasty, fresh, crispy, full of meat and delicious. Trust me ...more than I have eaten in months. WHAT? Have you been to a Taco Bell across the river??? When this is the only thing they specialize in and it still CACA!!! We got taco's, while immersed in gravy laden chicken bowls paraphernalia and a 7 dollar KFC special that kept tap dancing on our CRANIUMS. The service again...please I didn't keep my receipt. This young lady needs KUDOS!!! Go here. What are you bougie Taco Bell prima donnas waiting on??? Some of y'all in ya sour cream DIABLO sauce feelings. BTW...don't come for me...truss me. I have a KFC drumstick ? waiting on ya.
First of all I want to say I don't think the blacks like serving the whites very rude little black girl on her phone while taking our order mess the order up since when can you be on your phone taking a order ? She was extremely rude why does she have a job that's the Question ? This is the second establishment we've been too in the last month and the Black's are very rude to white people !!! I have Black granddaughter and she ever treated anyone badly she would be in Trouble with me. You need to fire your Crew and find respectful people to Work !!!
They cut it off, so you cannot make online orders One of the worst customer service experiences you can ever deal with
