My sandwich tastes, all right, but having to stand in the counter at 4 AM for 10 minutes while the employee gets done with her break or whatever she’s doing behind the employees only door, and then being told that my $25 that I have in rewards on my SUBWAY app are inexplicably not accepted. The restaurant offers fresh sandwich options, with a friendly staff and fast service. A perfect place to stop for a quick bite while traveling.
The person who made my sandwich at the restaurant seemed irritated that I didn't want it made the way they preferred. While cutting my sub, they let out an annoyed sigh. The woman working with them noticed and commented that she understood. It felt like my simple request to have the mayo and mustard added after the veggies was seen as unreasonable. In the future, I will choose to dine elsewhere.

Here was a little angering for what reason do you call yourself a SUBWAY and yet you cannot take the SUBWAY app? The only reason I went here and ordered a $17 sandwich was because I had it in rewards and didn’t think I would need to put it on my credit card but at least something around this wasteland is open at this hour
