Walmart Supercenter - Westminster

Earlier tonight I wanted to pick up an order the app told me she was ready. So I followed the instructions and let the app know that I was on the way to pick up the order, and then as soon as I was there to let them know that I was there and in which place I parked. I sat there for 10 minutes and nothing. So I called the number on the reserved for online pickup sign thinking that it would go to the pickup department or something, but no, it went to the (now closed) pharmacy?. So I went in and asked if I could pick up my order myself. After I had been bounced around to some different people and had explained the same to everyone, one of the workers told me that you have to wait in your car and we have to drop it. I asked to get it now and she said to wait in my car. So I do and wait 15 minutes. Then I'll go back to the store, and a new person is in front, so I'll explain my story again and this time I say... oh you should probably come back tomorrow. The people who work to pick up come at 10:00. And I say... but it's 9:04. And all she says is oh and then tries to look busy. At this point, I give up how I had waited for the OVERVIEW. I just canceled my whole pickup job and went home. I guess I'll just order all this **** on Amazon the next time

Typical cookie cutter Walmart. But I noticed that this place seems much cleaner and more organized than other places I was. Since Walmart is one of America's largest retailers, companies like to send special and limited editions of some of their products to this company to achieve maximum exposure. I use the registers to see if something catches my eye and I found some articles. Check-out was quick and friendly.

This Walmart is the most convenient location for me to come shopping, also it is 15 minutes from downtown. The toilets are closed, which is not fun. But the staff is friendly and also very dog friendly. I like to come here

Comfortable customer service and staff. I avoid this place if possible. Thank God I'm not an older man with medical emergency, as the McDonald's had beaten someone last year. Just the worst.

The lady in health and beauty is rude, she has accused me of stealing three times which is something I don't do management needs to do displanery action against her because wrongfully accusing someone is deformation of character and she can be sued for this and I am tried of her being rude and harressing people who still have more shopping to do, I got accused at 2:10pm and she publicly embarrassed me Infront of other customers
