The employees at this restaurant seem incompetent. I honestly don't understand how they manage to stay in business. Just thinking about my experience here makes me frustrated. Almost every order I've placed has been incorrect! I've given this place eight chances—yes, you read that right, eight chances! Yet each time, they mess up my order. It feels like the staff intentionally gets it wrong. For instance, they even asked me how to spell something! What?! You work at Popeyes, yet you're asking me for spelling? Unbelievable!

Dining here is always a great experience, and I consistently receive excellent customer service.

I usually visit Temecula, which is unbeatable for me, but I was curious to try this franchise in Huntington Beach. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food arrived with a very dark brown coating, and the crunchiness I expected was missing. I received two potatoes instead of my coleslaw, which was a big letdown for my Easter meal. I believe you can do better. How much did this cost me, time and again? Even my own cooking would have tasted better. I won’t be coming back. You've lost a regular customer.

This place sucks. from the half of the elements in the menu. super slow. the person who works the counter has no idea what they do. I should have checked the reviews before I get here. what a waste. tables are dirty and nobody cleanses them.

Worat place ever, not concern of people waiting a long time for the food, and when received food and got home was wrong. Not happy with service and food, im not coming back at all.
