Panera Bread - Westlake

I never ordered food here, so I can't really comment on this aspect. But what a great team did they run the show in the afternoon! You have no idea what it means to a low delivery driver when employees work together to correct electronic orders that have a tendency to get lost in the digital malaise. They were patient, polite and effective to get the meal that was ordered to it is the right goal without as much as a Huff or a Puff in this process. Only smiles and professional courtesy with a real will to make things right, and all this during the lunch break! Feel free to knock on the back team Westlake Panera. You definitely deserve it!

Last night catering and the staff was very friendly and went through the things they already packed with us. Presentation was amazing and the amount of food was more than enough. Our staff was very happy with everything we bought.

I love my experience here in this Panera Bread before work, after my dentist appointments, when the chance given this way in the morning. Your service blows Sheffield Village Panera Bread out of the water when it comes to working ethics. The food was as fresh as possible and punctual. In addition, the coffee without having to ask the manager to fill the jugs again. Very practical when it comes to working on time. If it has been made to breakfast every day before work since the trip to this place I would visit it daily. Happy customer here, thank you.
