Ironwood Cafe Westlake

The restaurant itself is adorable. The staff was wonderful. It has a small town bar feel. The food presentation was great and the wait was not long. The food was alright, but lacked in flavor. I really hope they revisit their menu because overall it was great.

We only had drinks on their beautiful patio. Wheelchair accessibility: Separate entry without steps.

Everything is delicious. I mean everything. There is a courtyard outside if the weather is nice. Love the staff! Drinks are excellent. The Ironwood smash burger is particularly good. Dietary restrictions: They have delicious gluten free buns for smash burgers.

Absolutely The worst . Broken off wood skewer in the middle of chicken wrap .waited over 20 minutes for initial Drink order . had to ask for our waitress to come and take our food order. Had to ask for our waitress again to get second drink before food came. Never checked on us After food came Waited in additional 20 minutes after completing eating before asking another waitress to get us some drinks She says she will get our waitress.10 min wait waitress comes over ask us if we want another round.Replied, never mind.Please cash us out She comes back with the recipt and says our other drinks will be out shortly

Not at all impressed. We went during happy hour where they listed mixed drinks as $3.50 but charged full price when we got cocktails because cocktails don’t count as mixed drinks? Would have been nice to know that ahead of time so I didn’t spend $11 on a subpar drink. This is not stated at all on the menu and feels like shady business practices to get you to spend more than you planned. The food was not great and they add a 3% fee on your bill no matter how you pay. Service was awful and we were forgotten about many times. Overall just a very poor and disappointing experience
