Surprised with the reviews here. We had dinner, and were happy all around. My wife’s fajitas were way better than we expected, and the redfish I had was great. Service was on point, and pricing was fair considering you’re in a casino. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Jeremy Shirah doesn't like about Brew Brothers:
Terrible service. Waitress kept disappearing. Guess because I'm not a high roller I don't get decent service. Even threw my bill at me and half of it went in the floor. Did she bother to pick it up. I’ve eaten here multiple times and their service is very slow. One time we waited over and a half to get our food because they supposedly dropped my main dish. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Provides a nice area to retreat from the casino floor. The food was pretty good with no shortage of flavor. We were here four months ago and decided to give this place another shot. Unfortunately, the service has not improved since our last visit; last time service was slow, but this time it was slow and unorganized. We stood at the front and waited at least 5 minutes to be seated, with plenty of empty tables in the restaurant. We received our appetizer after we got our entrees, and saw that it had been sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered to us for over 25 minutes. We ordered alcoholic drinks and waters, but never got the waters until we reminded the waiter when our meals came. Waiter hardly ever came by for refills or service. A disappointing experience for the prices that were on the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Bad service overall, poor food discipline (burger and fries served cool on a warm plate, mac cheese also served cool in a warm dish). Josh at the bar was rude and condescending to nearly everyone else that approached the bar (ironically not us (wife and I), but basically had such a bad work ethic and poor customer service, customers left instead of dealing with him. This was a waste of our money and time. We chose to eat in the casino instead of somewhere else for convenience, but we regretted our decision. Hotel management and casino leadership should already be aware of this issue because we were here nearly 5 months ago and experience was the same. First time trying and by appearance it seemed the food/service would be amazing. It wasn't. Husband and I asked for waters and both had things floating around in it. Mentioned it to the sever and she's just staring at us clueless. We asked for drinks in to go cups, double checked before taking a sip. Ordered our meal and it took forever! Especially when it didn't seem so packed. I glanced at kitchen and only saw 2 people working it. I ordered the redfish w/rice and veggies. The entire meal was unsatisfying. The fish was over cooked, there was only what seemed to be 2 spoonfuls of rice it sat on and the veggies?! They were sooo soggy and had zero taste! I had no drinks so maybe that's what they are good at? Who knows. But I dnt want to figure it out.
