I used to love this place, but my recent experience was terrible. The service was extremely poor; it took forever to receive our food, and even after ordering dessert, we never got it. They didn't check on us to see if we wanted more drinks. The calamari was undercooked, and when I sent it back for more cooking, the bus staff insulted us and spoke negatively about us in Spanish, thinking we wouldn't understand them.... View all feedback.
I don’t like to write reviews about restaurants, but the experience that me and my family had today was abysmal the service there was absolutely Horrendous From sitting down at 5 PM to leaving at 7 PM from undercooked calamari to waiting for almost an hour for entrées. The people coming in after us getting served before us then getting their food before us and leaving before us to the bussers talking bad about us in Spanish Putting in an order for dessert and never getting it and for my brother to be stuck in the parking lot for 30 minutes because of an F150 blocking him and talking to the owner asking restaurant to please move so he could leave pretty much said I pretty much did all I could. I’m sorry, This is absolutely unacceptable for anything in the restaurant industry. I never will come here again
After making a reservation we still waited an hour people were just sitting themselves as soon as they saw an open table. Terrible way to run a business. After waiting an hour and no one even checked our reservation we took our business elsewhere
The best Pizza and food!! The sauce is their specialty!!
I come here often because it’s great. This July 4th holiday I ordered and they told me a much shorter time than it ended up being to get my food, and I was very upset. The team at Baby Moon made it right and gave us our food free of charge making our holiday weekend. We will continue to come back and be patrons every other restaurant should take notes. Thank you Baby Moon!
We ate alfresco! Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo was just fabulous. Pasta cooked to perfection. We shared an appetizer of eggplant rollitini. It was prepared with a bit of spinach mixed with the cheese. Such a good combination. Sesame cookies to end the dining experience ?.
