What Pam doesn't like about Elm Pizza:
Pizza went downhill, used to be my favorite around, now,not very good ,for the second time, now very dry, even though I ordered extra sauce and over cooked. I don't know if there is a new cook or what, I've been coming here for 40+ years but it's just not the same. I need to find a new pizza place. View all feedback.

My husband and I got their steak and cheese grinder . It was delicious . The steak was seasoned , the vegetables were fresh. Best steak in cheese in the area

Went there for first time. Good food. Unfortunately, the customer service was bad. The younger blond girl that worked the counter had attitude when asked a question and confirmation about menu pricing. And the young guy who prepped the food and said my order was ready didn't even say, thank you. These two workers know absolutely nothing about customer service and respect. Therefore, although the restaurant has good food, I will neither return nor recommend Elm Pizza to anyone. There are many more places in Western Mass for pizza without the attitudes.
