Canceled a 2 year old wedding contract 6 months out and refused reimbursement for all of the booked vendors/save the dates. Unprofessionalism at its finest!

Shame on you for cancelling my wedding 6 months out. Absolutely disgusting.

Don't trust these people with your credit or debit card information in advance. They're very loose with their patron's money. I made reservations for Mother's Day Brunch, and the woman told me she needed a credit card just to hold the table. Next thing I know they charged me *in advance* for the *entire* brunch, without my authorization! Seems to me like a surefire way to lose people's trust to do business with your establishment ever again. When I saw that the Carltun did this to me on Friday evening, I called them right away to tell them to refund me immediately and cancel my reservation. How dare they charge someone without authorization for services not even rendered?! Especially when they assured me they were only taking my info to hold the table and nothing more. They said they left a voicemail to let me know they were doing it. So then I had to explain to the girl that a voicemail is not a substitute or excuse for an authorization to do whatever the heck you want with *my* money! I am infuriated with the Carltun for their actions in this matter! In the future, I would never consider them again for any occasion. I don't care how good their food is!
