Even though the restaurant was pretty empty, it took over a half hour for our party of to be seated. It appears that they were unwilling to move any of the tables to accommodate our party even though we had made the reservation a couple of days in advance. Management seemed to be uninvolved. I’m not one to write poor reviews but my experience here was just horrible. My boyfriend and I walked in to no hostess behind the hostess stand and waited 5 mins for anyone to even approach us to ask about seating. Once we were seated, we waited 15 mins just to get water and an hour for our food. Our waiter was extremely rude and short with us on top of this whole experience. View all feedback.
My order was missing a soft drink, I called the store and they told me they couldn't do anything, I request a refund of the amount charged
We went all our working group and ordered everything. Nachos is always good to start and drinks were also good! I had a Moscow Mule. The wings are beautiful, I ordered the Honey BBQ one boneless, but with bones they are also amazing. Pay attention to the upper spicy wings (Blazing Carolina Reaper) they will surely weep you!!!!
Cool atmosphere. The service was slow at night. However, the server was very pleasant and updated. I had Buffalo wings, I won't lie, I didn't expect them to be so sharp. So for those who like to feel the heat, this is the best for you.
Who is this Gabriel guy and where did he come from? This guy worked the front seats. Take the drink order of the people and take the time to recommend specialties and to clean/reorder the tables. This is a total of 360 service and quality of food from my last visit 6 months ago. Promotes this guy over others, he should be a manager.
