One of the best breakfasts I've experienced! The food is both delicious and innovative, with friendly and excellent service to match. The decor is charming and cozy. I highly recommend the bacon jam Benedict and the cold brew pancakes. Waited 20 minutes and well worth the wait! Highly recommended. View all feedback.
What Magno Mendes doesn't like about Ann Fran's Kitchen:
What's the point of having wonderful food if the service sucks? I'm here today, July 21st at 12:35pm. And there's a younger waitress who doesn't have the manners or patience to talk to and serve customers. This girl brought my wrong order and even treated me ignorantly when she said it wasn't my order. I think that first of all you should guide your employees well. View all feedback.
Really good food we had to wait for a table to open up but definitely worth the wait i would highly recommend to anyone
So, this spot exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the wait. They have this bacon jam that's to die for I ordered a side of it for a few dollars extra. Huge bonus is food truck behind restaurant to grab coffee or fresh squeezed orange juice while you wait
Fantastic breakfast. Sublime hash, perfectly cooked and not from a can. Fresh OJ. Everything tasty and fresh. Only downside is it’s so popular you might have to wait, and it’s a bit loud inside.

Awesome place with a interesting twist on standard breakfast fare. If you are in the Hyannis area, you have to try it.
