It looks like they did an overhaul of the staff since my last visit. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and we had very little wait time. The food was delicious and they did not hold back on the portions and toppings. Keep it up! View all feedback.
What John Alhelm doesn't like about Kfc:
I took myself and my 2 grandchildren there 8/9/24 around 3 o'clock. The man that was taking our order was very rude and disrespectful to me because he got our order wrong. Even was rasing his voice . Because he wAs trying to impress some teenage girls. I'll never go there again. The food was wrong and the chicken wasn't even eatable. He didn't even know what I ordered and was coloring at me. They never have what you want they always screw up your order but the food is good it is
Worst place ever to be waited on. I took 5 adults with special needs out to eat an they all wanted to go to KFC. We went in an stood at the counter for 15 minutes an the workers stood at the drive thru windows an just stared at us an we told them we was ready to order an not one would come up an wait on us so we left an went to Wendy's.
Every time I go to this KFC they never have what you want an they always forget to put something in the bag then won't answer the phone when you try to call to make a complaint
