I would go to this place as many times as possible if I get the chance to. People were already lining up at the opening because they don’t have any reservations, no signs, and hard to find. A very traditional ramen place that you need discover. This place is so good that they won’t pay a dime with advertisements. View all feedback.
What Matt Mossman doesn't like about Yuzu:
Love this place so much, but I'm heart broken to discover that they greatly pruned their menu. Among other items, the best katsu I've ever had is no longer available. Put it back on the menu and ill happily bump my review to 5-stars. View all feedback.
There are two Ramen places in Beaverton that made me fall in love with Ramen. Yuzu is one of them.
This might be my favorite local ramen place. The broth was fantastic, a rich flavorful broth that really feeds the soul. I'm shocked this place isn't more busy. Service was great, food was fantastic. We will be going back!
Food is good but the portion is v small so not value for . I went with my hubby and daughter. I ordered the curry with rice, they ordered ramen. I am a small eater,, All of us were still hungry after the meal and we went to Shake Shack to have burger.
The Kakuni was honestly the best slow cooked pork belly I have ever had!!! Highly recipe the Curry as well, everything here is amazing. Staff was very friendly and prices are great as well!
We visited on a weekday evening for dinner. I would definitely look up pictures of street view for this place as it is not easy to spot especially if it’s your first time visiting. We got seated at the bar. It’s a small space but tasteful. We got the Kakuni Tonkotsu and shoyu ramen. Both were delicious with flavorful broth and tender meat. We were offered two spice levels mild or . We chose medium but it was a bit hot for our liking so will choose mild next time.
