Be cautious about the prices they charge when using the drive-thru. I’ve double-checked the monthly special prices a few times, and there’s usually just a little less than a $1 difference from what I expected. On my last visit, I ordered a side of seafood soup that was listed as $2.50 on the menu board, but I was charged $3.00. When I raised the issue, I was told that was what the computer indicated. I pointed out that the menu board clearly stated $2.50, to which she responded that it referred to a house special instead. I felt like I was being baited and switched, and ultimately left without the soup. While the extra charges of $0.50 to $1 may not seem significant individually, they do add up and raise serious questions about the ethics of the management. By the way, if you dislike being overcharged or getting undercooked, rock-hard broccoli, I suggest you avoid ordering it.
Absolutely incredible! I was blown away by the experience.
Be cautious about the prices if you decide to use the drive-through. I've noticed that I've been charged the price for the monthly special instead of the daily one, which is usually a difference of just under a dollar. The last time I ordered a side of seafood soup, which was listed at $2.50 on the menu board, but I was charged $3.00. When I raised the issue, the staff member said that was what the computer indicated. I pointed out that the menu clearly listed it at $2.50, and she claimed that was actually the price for the House Special, offering that to me instead. I told her that was misleading and left without the soup. While overcharging by $0.50 to $1 may not seem significant, it adds up and raises serious concerns about the management's integrity. Additionally, if you're not a fan of overcooked, tough broccoli, I recommend avoiding any dishes that include it.
It was absolutely incredible—I nearly fell out of my seat!
I absolutely love this restaurant!
