What Spanky S doesn't like about Lucky Strike West Nyack:
This place is a run down mess. We had to move three different times to get to a lane that worked. The balls are horrible, the pins are dead and the place is just not fun. I would guess they will be out of business very soon. View all feedback.

There's something about lucky strike I can't turn around, that's the decor and the mood. the design is very graceful to see while.
At this place to celebrate, engage and love the ambiente! we had problems with our bowling alley for almost
Let me just say JENNI , hands down , best host with customer service and too friendly and sweet and caring , she was so welcoming and pleasant it was truly amazing , will be back again for sure !! Thanks again Jenni for your hospitality can't wait for another fantastic experience
I don 't know how this place is still in business, wish Yelp would allow zero stars. Half of their lanes are broken, but the worst part about it is that they give these lanes out at FULL price, without any mention of the problems. We get to our lane, and immediately notice that the lane only senses two pins on every turn, meaning even a gutter ball would roll an eight. What makes this even more vile is that when we ask for service, we get the rich, genius response of Oh, we know it 's broken. Our tech guys don 't know how to fix it. Wow. Just wow. Very nice of them to offer to fix any of this. No refund, no offer to move lanes, (multiple lanes were open), and no care at all. Only thing I would ever mention about this place is to never step foot in the door. We understood the high prices, as operating in a mall can be pricy, but the price should be zero with this service. If they want it to run down to garbage like it 's already nearing, they might as well sell the place to someone who gives a damn about upholding a business.
