I always have issues with online orders from this restaurant. They frequently forget items. Most recently, I ordered a cinnamon roll, but this time they sent the wrong product—pork instead of chicken. I paid extra for it, and they just sent me something that wasn't what I wanted. View all feedback.

Love this place. Always quick and nice people working there. The place is also always clean.
I'm not sure about you, but the hot sauce packets are a requirement for me. And when they put 4 in (not even close to enough for the tacos ordered) when I clearly selected 20, it shows the incompetency of some of these folks. Apparently for some people counting is too complex of a concept to grasp.
I had a free medium drink offer price $2.79) but I wanted to get a small iced coffee instead $1.99). There was no way in the app to specify that so I asked the manager if I could order that and she could just swap and give me coffee instead. They denied. I didn't see the point though since what I was asking was of lesser value. Anyway, they need to do better in customer service.
