Horrible service ever!! Called in an order on Friday to be ready for Sunday. I call and my order is no where to be found. I am driving all around Modesto to find which one I placed my order with because they told me it wasn’t with them. I call again after driving around for an hour and they finally find the cake under my name. They told me they can’t have it ready for another couple hours and that i still need to pay full price for the cake. Never will I order here again , DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Me and my friend came to get some ice cream and we saw that there was a lady that looked like she had been waiting for a while. I heard her say she wanted to order a banana split , so the worker kept goin in circles looking for a knife to cut the banana. girl probably did 5 circles and still no knife, the lady ended up leaving . honestly this place is a when you walk in its empty. the workers are hiding in the back one time I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. just dont come here honestly go to another baskin robbins, the workers here clearly want a check yet they dont work for it.

They have amazing ice creams and I always receive excellent customer service each time we use the Mc Henry location. And I've used it at least 5 times in the last 5 years. YUM!!!!!! Live their ice cream cakes!!!cunhadana (instagram)Dana C
