California burrito was the size of a hotdog and was 80% soggy potatoes and tortilla. For $10 I expected at least a handful of steak inside but barely got any. Just potatoes and tortilla. The person at the register was really nice though. View all feedback.
The food is really good. I only have had it twice but each time the food is amazing.

This is a huge knoxville staple to me. I've been eating at Victor's for years, and they have never dissatisfied me. This is one of my favorite places to eat.
Takes a bit to get your food but the food is terrific.
