O'charley's Restaurant Bar

The restaurant had enough staff to get a seat and have good service on a Friday night. This would have been expected a few years back, but it is not as common as we hope. The food was fine, the beer was a little warm, and everything appeared clean

Both times I ended up here was because I wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse and it was too packed. There was never a wait here. The food was great. The service was too. I don't give it enough credit, but I always really enjoy my meal here. Seems like most of the O'Charley's restaurants closest to me have shut down. A shame. I will be back.

Truly great experience today. The food was great. The service was great. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Will return again.

Visited the location at Parkside Dr, overall experience was a negative. We were seated at the bar and were waited on by Heather. The food took a while, but they were busy so we didn't think anything about it until it arrived cold. Obviously, it wasn't the kitchen's fault at that point. We also asked for and -paid for- “Top Shelf” but the drinks were watered down and tasted subpar at best. I'm still not sure that some of the drinks even had alcohol in them. Even tho we were late arrivers, accidentally. Our server was amazing. She didn't rush us or make us feel bad at all.for coming in a little close to closing. Our food was good and fresh and came out quickly. Now, the other staff, mostly males, were making sure to let us know their frustration and that we should hurry.
