Gino's Pizza - West Hempstead

Ordered a Sicilian pizza pie, got a refund for it bc it was way to salty, the person on the phone was appalled as if I was the problem meanwhile he probably never had someone complain about their pizza do not order their Sicilian pizza pies. Never ordering from them again. They tried to play victim meanwhile me and my family had worse food and had nothing else to eat that day so it ruined our day totally

Just had a super Krispy perfectly crafted sausage slice.... made me come back and get another order... delicious one of the most hospitable staff during my visit. Will definitely be back again.

Gino’s is one of my favorite pizza joints in town but today I was disappointed to see that the pizza makers were really rude. The guy in the white shirt called the delivery lady 'stupid ' because she had to cancel the order after she picked it up. She explained that her car had some issues and she needed to stop the delivery, but he kept insulting her. It was hard to watch. Remember, kindness goes a long way. Everyone has their own struggles.

This service was the best I came in with 6 dollars and I couldn’t afford 2 pizzas but when I walk out and check in my car I see 2 slices of pizzas in the box that was a sweet and kind hearted person right there

I’m not from this area, but wanted to grab something nearby and someone who lives in the area recommended this place and they did not disappoint at all!!! Customer service was great from the moment we walked in to the place. Anyone in the area should try this place, we’ll be definitely be coming back when we are in the area again.
