Carvel - West Hempstead

First time at this point and definitely won't be my last! 5/4: Still my place to go!

They have friendly fast service. The ice cream cake was a hit!

So happy this store has reopened after it was nearly destroyed by a drunk driver! Service is always great, and Carvel ice cream is as tasty as always (and this location is certified kosher too! . This has become a weekly stop for my wife and me.

I am so happy this location was able to re-open! The staff are so beyond nice and the ice cream is the best I’ve ever had!!! You MUST get an Oreo milkshake! Enjoy!!!

What a spotless establishment! The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, truly going above and beyond for their customers. We ordered an ice cream cake for our daughter's birthday and wanted it to match our "Under the Sea" theme and the colors of our balloons. When I saw the cake, I was absolutely blown away by how stunning it looked. You truly outdid yourselves, and it was a hit at the party! Thank you so much to Rose, Mike, and the wonderful staff at West Hempstead Carvel for excellent service and a fantastic birthday cake!
