What MDE1913 doesn't like about Hardee's:
This location is in dire need of an upgrade; the building is run-down, and there was a group of adults hanging out talking loudly, using obscenities, etc; one man was barefoot inside the lobby. Food was cold, and the coffee was full of grounds. Understaffed, and just not a good experience. View all feedback.
I waited for 15 minutes with no cars around for them to not give me my food. A trained monkey could do
The building is OLD and slightly run down.The food is good,Service is slow, unsure if this is due to being short staffed or if they are just slow.
Food was hot but it took lots of time to get my food
Can't even stop here anymore because the service is so bad. Dry meat in a sloppy nasty mess on the wrong bun thrown haphazardly into a wrapper that's INSIDE OUT. Milkshakes completely melted. Sogy cold fries. Took 40 freaking minutes to get me and my wife's food and it was a total disaster.
Place is extremely dirty and I can't see how they would pass a simple health inspection! For the price you pay here, they need to be alot more on point! Disappointing
