What vincent doesn't like about Subway:
I was a regular customer of this subway and for a long time my daughter and I frequented it. My daughter has a 4 inch sub with salami and provolone. For months the same person serviced us. She gets a kids meal rate. Then suddenly the same gal who serves us tells me she has to charge me a 6 inch rate as there are only 3 things which go into the 4 inch and salami isn't one of them. I wasn't expecting much from another subway but to my surprise the Ladies that were working there were super sweet and had provided excellent customer service. Also my sandwich was on point and it definitely hit the spot. I had a chicken sandwich loaded with greens , Doritos, and a raspberry cream cheese cookie.
Rude crew. After we ordered and payed for protien bowls we were informed they were out of forks. Excuse me? I think the gal that took my order could have told me that. Then when I told her I wanted cheese melted on my steak she obviously had a melt down herself. When my husband asked for the same she snapped at him that he needed to tell her b4 she heated it. He said you didnt ask. The whole line was rude. Food was good and apparently this location doesnt have the wherewithal to go to supply store and get forks or call a sister store thats closed temporarily and use some of theirs. Poor management.
Food was usual for the subway but the staff was extremely rude and a random lady nearly fought me over the parking spot I was in. For context she was already parked so idk why she was so mad
I'm a delivery partner from Colorado. On vacation, making some extra cash. It is not your employees right to demand I mark my orders as picked up. They have NOTHING to do with my job as a delivery driver. I wish I would have seen her name tag, because I have never been treated with such disrespect when stating it isn't her responsibility to tell me how to do my job. I've been doing it for over 3 years in a much busier city. This lady was a straight up wench. I would NEVER come to this subway as a customer based in my pick up experience. Do better, and be better!
