Buffalo Wild Wings - West Des Moines

If you're in town, this is a must-visit place. The draft beer was excellent, and the mozzarella sticks and chicken wings are a must-try.

The food was delicious and our takeout order was prepared promptly. Regrettably, a portion of our order was missing. After contacting the restaurant, I was pleased with how they addressed the issue.

Crazy Super Bowl rush by they did what they could to serve everyone dining in and taking out and with the best attitude! Did forget my Queso, but I’ll forgive them this time ;

Shoutout to Buffalo Wild Wings on Jordan Creek Parkway! I placed an order through the app and meant to order boneless wings. I picked up my order and got home, and didn’t realize until I sat down that I’d accidentally ordered traditional bone-in wings instead of boneless. I called the restaurant and explained my mistake when ordering; the staff was very helpful by putting me through to the manager (staff members suggestion). The manger replaced my order for me with boneless wings, free of charge. The employees here are great and the management is helpful, plus the food is always delicious!

The service was prompt, the food was delicious, and I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a fantastic spot to bring the family, and it is also very clean.
