What Gloria G doesn't like about Hacienda Diaz:
Bad service out in patio area. Forgot about us. I had to go in and let them know were ready to order. We should have walked out then. Waitress never came back to check if everything okay, food or for refils on our drinks. Food was not that great. Within an hour of eating our food, my husband and I both got sick. The food was very delicious but the waitress took a long time to serve. They should have more people serving early, at around 8 am there are already many customers and it's the weekend!!
Authentic Mexican food. Molcajete is my favorite here.
Parking: Go early to eat or call for reservations, it's worth the wait ?
The truth is they have bad service, they just spend their time talking instead of serving customers. The truth is that terrible service, the food is all cold.
It's okay... as long as you don't eat their after 2 pm. Otherwise, you will get bad service and feel rushed to leave.. oh, and the kitchen might be closed
