Bobaland - West Covina

The service was great and prompt. The place has a hip little Taiwanese/South East Asian local vibe. The place you go “if you’re in the know”I ordered the Thai tea, and in my opinion sadly it was a little bland.I did ask before ordering if it was brewed Thai tea, and the kind cashier said yes, but the flavor said otherwise, it tasted more like a powdered mix.I’ll go back again and try some of the other offerings maybe one of their snacks as well.

Been here a few times over the last year it's a small and cute place. I got their Roasted Oolong Boba Milk Tea and it was pretty decent! I'd say definitely be patient with the staff there because they're not overly welcome but will get the job done well. I also quite like their fruit and fresh teas because they include fresh fruit in their drinks! Glad that there's a conveniently located milk tea shop around!Each of these drinks hovered around the $6 7 range and they all came in this large size, which is pretty standard for milk tea shops around this time.

Ok I usually don't have anything bad to say but for this place i just have to do it. We drove to West Covina from Claremont because it says they are open until 12 am. We got there at 10:30 only to be told they were backed up due to too many orders. Ok I understand but thats a little too inconvenient for me. Maybe they're just that good but I wouldn't know lol. Anyways the night didn't go downhill because the Ice bar is in the same lot! So if you end up here and you can't order go a little over and you'll find something at the Ice Bar lol

White Peach Oolong Tea is probably one of my favs. The tea here is brewed from leaves and the milk tea isn't just powder. The popcorn chicken was crisp and tender. Fish balls had spices and seasoning and were pretty good. The place is a little bit small probably able to seat 12 people inside, but it has a comfy environment. It is also family owned! Be sure to support.
