Wawa - West Chester

I love Wawa, but the man is a bit down in recent years. This place is especially always made of ingredients that I want, so maybe more of a personal choice for me, but it always seems as if it lacks the food I'm looking for. The staff is also usually slow and you can say that it doesn't matter to them, and this was Pre Covid and staff problems as well. I usually avoid this situation, but the environment Wawa sites are not so much better, just enough to help me avoid this. If you introduce someone to Wawa, please don't take them first.

Very disappoint I have not even added tomatoes and cucumbers

Depending on the time of day, the service is either good or terrible. The afternoon-evening staff are just as nobody is there, many bad language from the food sector, in the register no one is ever there when people are in agreement. The Wawa on the street is much more professional, in and out and get what you need.

Have always loved this wawa but the direction it has chosen to go is disgusting. The dinner staff and how they speak in the store is not what i call family friendly and not something I want my two children around.

Never written a review for a wawa and tried to on their customer satisfaction survey but did not have a survey code or store number but just wanted to say JOHN at the wawa on Pottstown pike and boot rd is amazing and such an asset to their team. Always so incredibly friendly and sweet. Such a positive attitude. Wish I could share that on their customer satisfaction survey
