I dined at this restaurant for a late lunch with a group of eight while visiting Michigan. It was the best meal we had during our entire holiday. Our server, Erica, was extremely friendly and attentive. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially the brisket grilled cheese and the bag-o donuts. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smokey Bones West Chester:
The pulled pork was delicious with a garlic flavor, but the sides were disappointing. The potato wedges were just big slices of potato with very little seasoning, and the spicy mac and cheese was not good with half of the noodles uncovered. The mac and cheese was also an additional cost. The stuffed wings were tasty, especially with the sweet glaze sauce. View all feedback.
Drove 30 minutes to try this joint, I am seven months pregnant and was absolutely demanding drawn pork and made very disappointed by this sad excuse of a device, didn't even get a chance to try the food we were so terribly treated. absolutely terrible service, server refused to wait for us, even announced to the other servers that they would not take us, but other customers after we sat for 25 minutes, without even being welcomed. very unprofessional and rude. poor management. terrible customer service. we have unfortunately completely humiliated and disregarded. it was already a bad sign that this place was a ghost town during a typical dinner rush. I have been a server for 6 years and has been completely overtaken by the treated art. I understand that time is hard and people don't want to work so that this place really hires someone with serious lack of training, which ever. do not give them their business.
The food was great. The service was absolutely awful- needless to say we did not leave her a tip.
Best service ever staff was friendly and food was delicious
My family is staying in the area for the night so we decided to try a new restaurant for dinner. The reviews were good and they were open late. So we chose Smokey Bones. Our server was Joshua and he was great from start to finish. Everything we ate was amazing, the wings, the pulled pork, the chicken, the fries...and when the bill came we were pleasantly surprised at the amount. We expected it to be another $20 or $30 for the kind of food they serve and the amount you get. One of my new favorite places, I will definitely return soon!
My eyes cannot believed what I PAID for this order, and what i received!!!. around $6 for a baked potatoe with no toppings at all, around $7 for a mac cheesse super dry! around $11 for a small corn bread (DRY no corn flavor?? and around $40 for barely 1kids portion ribs n shreddred steak with a piece of bread and a loaded mash potatoes with only chese&bacon. never again will order or even visit this place!?. you can see the size of the small BBQ sauce cups compared to the portions they send. around $70dinner.
