Was not happy to see when we walked in the Firehouse Sub location in West Chester Oh.. looked up to see an employee with very bushy hair and beard making food. Wasn't sure if I should stay or run! Their were 5 employees working so thought maybe he wouldn't be the person making my sandwiches.. With this many employees working you would think tables would be wiped off and drink counter cleaned. That was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was quick. The restaurant was also very clean.
Firehouse is consistently fantastic! Their meatball sub is simply perfect!
I just had the best gluten-free sub I've ever tasted! It was incredibly soft, and the ingredients were delicious. Jersey Mike's deserves a shout-out for this!
This is my first time trying one of their salads, and it's excellent!
The Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket was overly drenched in mayo, making it more like a mayo sandwich. The bread was soggy. I wouldn't recommend it.
