Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews. Customers complained about slow service, long wait times, and loud ambiance. Some praised the food quality and friendly staff, while others were disappointed with the overcooked dishes. Despite the shortcomings, many mentioned good appetizers and desserts. The general consensus is that the experience at P.F. Chang's could be improved with better management and service. Reservations were not always honored promptly, but those who waited enjoyed flavorful meals. The consensus is that the restaurant has potential but needs to work on refining the dining experience.
The waitress appeared to be having a rough night - she was cold and inattentive. The food took a long time to come out, and after waiting for an hour, I had to inquire about the status of our order. I believe it would have been more professional for them to inform us that the kitchen was backed up with orders.
The food was mediocre and overpriced. Our server was attentive for the most part, but the kitchen was extremely slow. We waited over an hour for our food. It would have been helpful if the management had informed us before seating us that it would be a two-hour dining experience. We would have made different arrangements.
I hadn't visited this restaurant in a few years. The lettuce wraps were still delicious and I really enjoyed the spicy chicken dish.
Food and service great as always. Will definitely be going back.
We were seated at about 5pm and shortly thereafter the music was turned up to an annoying level… felt like I was in a club. The manager said he had very little control over the music and not much he could do. Definitely something I can do next time I want to go out for a relaxing dinner….
