What Derek doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
I got the traditional/boneless combo and they were extremely over cooked to the point that the chicken was non existent. Entirely too much sauce. The French fries were cold. The service was good but we don’t ask for much so idk. This is my 3rd bad experience at a 2nd Buffalo Wild Wings so I have come to the conclusion that they are just a bad food franchise. Ordered boneless wings. There was no sause on the wings. The womens bathroom was in horrible shape. My drink had something floating in. And when they brought me a new one, it also had something floating it in.The server was great. It was busy, but she came to check on us regularly. She got me a new drink each time something was floating in it without complaint and apologized profusely.Wings were cold by the time they came out. There was virtually no sauce on them. Had to ask for extra sides of sauce and sauced them myself.There was something black floating in my mountain dew. In 2 different cups. I'm pretty sure they dont clean the drink dispencers correctly.Over all this experience had made me realize that wings and rings is way better than B-dubs and i wont be coming back.
Wings were disgusting, I tried to reach out to costumer service but never got a response back
Waitress Michelle tried to scam my family with full price boneless on my bill when it was BOGO Thursday. Shady, watch out.

I 'm only granting it two stars to not be glossed over by readers.We waited for our pickup time, went in to check but they needed an additional ten minutes. Okay, no worries. Got the food, got it home five minutes away, and everything is cold and stale. This was during the peak of the rush on a Saturday night when the food was flying out the door hot and fresh. It 's anyone 's guess what that ten minutes was for. They missed our $8 cardboard tray of onion rings and beverage for our kid. $75 and an evening wasted.So I sit here, stomach in knots, hoping it 's not food poisoning and imploring you: stay well clear of this nourishment receptacle if you 're not part of their key beer-guzzling demographic.And before the chatbot owner comes back to tell me to share feedback on the BWW site, no. I 'd rather put you clowns on blast here.
